I have been in this business for nearly thirty years and as all Realtors, we continue to search fo ways to enhance our listings. I began useing his company services for condominium measurements and photo shoots which were well received by my Clients. I have known Mike MacLean for over 25 years. Over the past ten years Mike has done photo shoots and measurements of my listings in and around Calgary. Mike has always done an excellent job, got along great with my sellers, done the work quickly and at a fair price. Mike has uploaded the photos and the virtual tour for me which is a nice extra service that the previous company refused to do. All he needs the the new MLS number. When I have needed to reach him he usually answeres the phone or I see him in person when he comes into the office.
I have been very happy with Mike’s services and I plan to use him for a long time to come. On top of all that, I would rather be using a Realtor in my office who is an expert on measuring condos rather than some outside company that is not as up todate with the Real Estate industry. We have known Mike for many years as we are all old Re/Maxers! We know how to read a condo plan and did ACTUALLY measure our units but for the reasonable price that Mike offers, we decided to take advantage of his services. It save us alot of time, especially when we are busy and for the most part, our clients pay for it as part of the required condo documents because we have to ensure that the size is correct and how better to do this with a third party!. We have also used Mike for the virtual tours and he is awesome! He always promotes you to the client and clients love the tours.
